In the second task of the work process, Our skilled Fabricators begin taking precise measurement on our stainless-steel sheets before cutting by using the hydraulic press cutting machine which gives them a proper cutting measure.

In the 3rd work process, the stainless sheet raw material is cut to its required measurements after which is moved to the bending press machine process where our fabricators assemble a bend on a workpiece manufactured using a bending tool during a linear or rotating move.

Stainless sheet is bent to its correct dimensions. Our skilled welder’s primary duty is to join the Stainless-steel parts together, flexible and convenient, firm welding, no consumables, smooth and fine welding seam with no deformation.

Once the welding is complete, the fabricators grind to produce fine finishes. Furthermore, making light cuts on stainless-steel material design grinder is an effective way of removing lot of slag leftover when performing root and fill passes in pipe welding. The flap discs can also be used to smoothen or polish the stainless steel.

Once we grind all our marked welding spots, polish the stainless-steel smooth, surfaces of fabricated stainless-steel pieces such as sheets, angles, and squared/circle pipes often provide the final finishing before materials go to their end use.

After the skilled fabricators complete all the priors tasks, we start packing each and every item for each project and assemble them suitably for delivery.
